Yes. SimpleSoft scales from one-person firms to large building-services organisations, and installers always use the mobile app for free.
Does it work for electrical, plumbing and construction firms?
Yes. The same system serves electrical contractors, plumbing firms and builders: projects, site hours, materials, contract instalments and extra work work the same way for all of them. Trade-specific examples are on the Solutions pages.
How does mobile time tracking work on site?
Installers use SimpleSoft on any smartphone. Logging hours and materials takes a few seconds, and the office sees it immediately.
Is there a free trial?
You get a 30-day free trial with all features and agents enabled. Paid add-ons such as Calls and Reviews can also be tried for 30 days free of charge. No credit card, no commitment.
What do the AI agents actually do?
They carry out actions, not just describe them: log hours, approve an invoice, open a project or look up company details by business ID. An agent only sees what your role allows.
Do I need a separate AI subscription?
No. SimpleSoft has a built-in AI agent. If you already use an AI app such as Claude or ChatGPT, you can connect it over MCP — you are not tied to one vendor.
