How does billing work?
The service is subscribed monthly or yearly, priced by the number of office users. Prices include VAT 25.5 %. Field users (installers and subcontractors) are always €0. You can add or remove users at any time.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel at any time in the settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period, and fees already charged are not refunded (terms of service, section 4).
How does the free trial work?
You get a 30-day free trial without a credit card and without commitment, with all features and agents enabled.
What is the difference between the plans?
All plans include the same job management, invoicing, projects, accounting integration and Sales, Estimates and Reports. The SimpleBot AI assistant is included in every plan and picks the model for each task. Pro and Max unlock all features (Map and Reviews as well). They differ only in how much SimpleBot you can use per week: Pro 1× and Max 1× the Basic level, so Max gives 1× Pro's weekly usage for heavy use and automated routines. The weekly limit resets every Monday and never causes an extra charge.
